Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the price of every pack. If faster shipping options are available for your address, they'll be shown at checkout with their price.

Processing and delivery

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

When your order arrives

Joopa Cacao Tea should be kept refrigerated (36–49°F). Please bring your package inside and refrigerate the bottles as soon as they arrive. Shake well before drinking, and enjoy within 3 days of opening.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we'll help arrange a reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
